The Sounds of Morocco Cultural Project is a musical journey across the 12 regions of Morocco, exploring the country’s rich heritage and vibrant sounds. Led by producer Yas.Weeyzz, the project fuses traditional Moroccan music (gnawa, chaabi, amazigh and more) with modern electronic production, creating unique artistic collaborations that celebrate culture, creativity, and innovation. With the support of local partners such as Blend37 and L’Uzine, and ongoing collaborations with other cultural initiatives, the project continues to grow to help Moroccan music reach a global audience and support local talent. Through residencies, workshops, and performances, the project aims to connect artists, audiences, and communities, offering an immersive experience that bridges Morocco’s musical roots with the global electronic scene.
